We use a standardized grading system ranging from 'Brand New with Tags' to 'Good Condition'. Each product page contains detailed descriptions and high-resolution photos highlighting any minor wear or unique vintage characteristics.
What is your return policy for pre-owned items?
To maintain the integrity of our curated collection, we offer a 7-day return window for store credit only. Items must be returned with the original HIVE security tag attached and in the same condition as received.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international delivery times vary by location, typically arriving within 7-14 business days.
