Return Process

  Log into your HIVE account and select the item you wish to return from your order history to generate a return request.

  Pack with Care

  Place the item back in its original packaging, ensuring the HIVE security tag remains attached and the garment is in its received condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop your package off at any authorized courier location within 3 business days.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team verifies the item's condition and authenticity tags, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
